Project Completion Manager Brevik

Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a Project Completion Manager Brevik CCS.

The Project Completion Manager acts as an overall manager for all completion (mechanical completion (MC) and commissioning) activities across the Brevik CCS project.

The Project Completion Manager is responsible for ensuring effective planning, co-ordination, execution, and control of the functional handover of the project to operations, while ensuring compliance with industry regulatory requirements, Company's completion and operations requirements.

The Project Completion Manager is an important link between the Project Completion Team and operations with respect to operational considerations, start-up criteria's, experience transfer and other factors that must be considered prior to and during completion.

The Project Completion Manager ensures that all completion activities throughout the project are planned and executed in compliance with HSE regulations and requirements.

The Project Completion Manager is responsible for establishing a Project Completion Team with the required competencies, consisting of members from operations and contractors.

The Project Completion Manager shall continuously report completion progress, concerns, and any change in risk picture to the Project Manager.

Tasks:

• Establish a Project Completion Team organization with the correct competencies.
• Establish the completion strategy, work process, execution plan and high-level procedures for the project.
• Develop a high-level functional system breakdown and handover definition.
• Establish a database-based completion management system (CMS) for the project.
• Ensure good communication across the project stakeholders regarding completion by facilitating regular completion planning and follow-up meetings.
• Facilitate for data input to the CMS for completion engineers to conduct the necessary completion engineering, completion progress reporting and conduct the relevant handover certification sign-off`s.

Your qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years experience from Project Completion work, including the use of a database based Completion Management System
• Preferably experience from an Operator Company
• Project Management experience from the chemical, process or oil & gas industry, or complex buildings or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent English and Norwegian language
• Diploma-/or Master’s degree in engineering.
• Strong cooperation and communication skills, also in an international work environment.

You must be located within Europe preferable within "EU/EEA" to be considered as a candidate.

Job Specifications:

The application deadline for this position is 22.09.21, but we will also consider candidates for similar or other relevant positions consecutively.

Workplace: Oslo and Brevik

Close to 100% Brevik during commissioning period

Contract: Approximately 50% until summer 2022. Then 100% until August 2024
