We are looking for a Vice President, Head of Projects to join our Transportation division as head of the project portfolio Roads and Municipality. You are going to work closely with a team of experts and will report to the Senior Vice President of Transportation in Norway.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead a team of multi-disciplinary project managers.
  • Manage performance of project portfolio led by multi-disciplinary and discipline specific project managers within own area with differentiated level of involvement based on project size, project manager experience and performance.
  • Engage hands-on with customers on projects to ensure excellent project execution and high customer satisfaction, joining the project managers regularly on projects.
  • Develop customer relations on and between projects to gain an understanding of drivers for customer satisfaction and to expand project portfolio.

On top of that, you will have:

  • A master’s degree in science/engineering or business and administration or a closely related discipline.
  • Extensive knowledge in leadership and project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian or one of the Scandinavian languages.
  • 10 years of project management and/or leadership experience, preferably from the Transportation industry either as a consultant, contractor or a Project owner
