We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Project Planner to join our team in the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects. In this position, you will enhance project execution through meticulous planning, effective follow-up, and meaningful progress reporting.

Project Execution and Management currently includes 25 skilled professionals with proficiency in project management, design coordination, project control, document management, project planning and contract management. We are involved in some of Norway’s largest and most complex railway, road, and tunnel projects. Our professional community is based across Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand, and Fredrikstad. As a Project Planner, you will be a trusted partner to project managers and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure robust project governance and efficient delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining progress schedules Planning and monitoring project progress, including defining milestones and related activities
- Identifying and addressing deviations to support effective decision-making
- Deliver progress reports, both internal and external
- Continuously contribute to improving planning processes, tools, and methodologies
- Contribute to tenders and bids with execution plans for tender, identifying and addressing schedule risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain project plans according to project execution models and client requirements, using tools such as MS Project or Primavera
- Plan the development, quality and approval processes within multidiscipline engineering, including regulatory, financial and political approvals
What we’re looking for:
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- A higher education background in engineering, project management, or a related field
- 3–10 years of experience in planning and progress management for large-scale and multidiscipline projects with demonstrated ability to:
- Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera
- Solid understanding of project execution, ideally from a client, consultancy, or contractor perspective.
- A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to balance attention to detail with a strategic overview
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present progress plans and updates
