In your daily work, you will be involved in:

  • Discipline- and project management 
  • HVAC–design (VVS) for healthy indoor climate and energy efficient solutions
  • Customer follow-up
  • Training and development of colleagues in the disciplines

The first step to success in this role is that you are motivated to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.

On top of that, you have: 

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree, but other relevant backgrounds are also considered positive
  • Experience from either consultancies, contractors or other businesses in the construction industry
  • Experience with HVAC design 
  • Knowledge of BIM tools. Revit and Solibri are considered beneficial
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in Norwegian/Scandinavian is necessary

COWI has customers and projects that may require security clearance. There may therefore be requirements for security clearance in some projects.
