Prosjektleder #COWIOslo

Building More Than Projects - Building Futures
To shape a sustainable and livable world, we’re seeking diverse project managers to join and strengthen our community. We’re a dynamic team of skilled professionals collaborating with clients on some of Norway’s most prestigious projects in engineering and environmental consultancy. Proudly, we’ve contributed to major developments—from hospitals, airports, and data centers to infrastructure, water treatment plants, rehabilitation projects, and more.
Depending on your qualifications and project scale, your responsibilities will cover all or part of the project management spectrum—from bids and planning to final delivery.
This includes:
- Coordinating and planning internal/external resources for efficient project execution.
- Developing comprehensive project plans and ensuring timely progress toward agreed milestones.
- Communicating and aligning with stakeholders.
- Tracking and regularly reporting on agreed objectives.
- Establishing and maintaining quality assurance procedures.
Your skills. Our team. Together, we shape the future.
The first step to excelling in this role is your readiness to collaborate—whether with colleagues, partners, or clients. You build trust by acting respectfully and delivering on commitments. You’re adaptable, always exploring new insights and better ways forward.
Additionally, you should have:
- A higher education degree in a relevant field.
- Some to several years of relevant experience.
- Easy to understand and implement project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Norwegian.
Note: Some COWI projects/clients require security clearance at varying levels, which may apply to this role.
