Senior electrical/ICT engineer or young professionalWe work with the industry's most ambitious developers, architects, contractors, and consultants on complex and exciting projects. To create sustainable and innovative solutions, we are looking for a senior electrical consultant or young professional to join one of our teams in Bergen, Haugesund or Stavanger. We are 140 electrical engineers in Norway working alongside our customers on some of Norway’s and Scandinavia’s most prestigious projects. And we are thrilled to have contributed to projects like Stavanger University Hospital, Skygaard data storage centre and Fornebu metro rail (“Fornebubanen”).
In your daily work, you will be involved in:
• Design and planning of electrical- and/or Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-systems
• Projects in the fields of buildings, industry, pharma, transportation and infrastructure
• Involvement from sketch work to follow-up on the construction site
• Collaboration with skilled engineers in your field across office locations and boarders
• Interdisciplinary co-creation
• Customer follow-up
• Tender work

The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
On top of that, you will have:
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree, but other relevant backgrounds are also considered positive
• Minimum 3 years of experience from either consulting, contracting, or from other relevant fields of business
• Experience with electrical and/or ICT design and tender work
• We also welcome applicants who have experience with ITB and/or automation
• Knowledge of BIM tools. Revit modelling is considered beneficial
• Experience as a discipline leader, or project manager would be advantageous
• Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian/Scandinavian is necessary
