COWI has a strong position in Norway within Buildings and Industry and is experiencing high demand for the major development projects that are coming. To support our projects we are now looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in simalier fields. The position as Project Manager will report to VP Project – Defence, Industry and Data centers.
We are a dedicated team and together with customers, partners and contractors, we are working on some of Norway’s most significant projects and are excited to contribute to projects like the new airport Bodø, Fornebubanen, Skygard Data Center and various hospitals and defence projects.

- Leading and motivating multidisciplinary project teams towards success for COWI and our clients.
- Contract management and risk management
- Planning and budgeting
- Handling project changes, realigning scope, deliverables and time schedule
- Develop and maintain good relations with clients
- Leading client meetings
- Engaging in dialogue with clients to ensure project progress and quality
- Work interdisciplinary for competence sharing across COWI

On top of that, you will have:
- Engineering background or master within relevant industry
- Experience within HVAC, electrical or construction is an advantage.
- Solid experience from either consulting, contracting, or from other relevant fields of business
- Experience from project management.
- Experience from managing teams
- Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian/Scandinavian is necessary
COWI has customers and projects that may require security clearance at various levels. There may therefore be requirements for security clearance in some projects/positions.
