COWI is looking for a proactive and structured document manager / document controller with experience of infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient document management and contribute to ensuring quality in project deliveries. The work involves interdisciplinary collaboration on projects in rail, road, tunnel and other disciplines.
The role requires knowledge of establishing and maintaining documentation routines, tracking quality requirements and experience with digital systems used in projects.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Prepare and update document plans, ensuring compliance with the client's Project Document Management Procedure (PDP).
- Control, distribute, and archive technical documentation in accordance with internal and client procedures.
- Assist in establishing internal archive keys and ensure proper archiving.
- Have knowledge of FDV documentation.
- Contribute to the establishment and follow-up of project quality plans and provide professional support to project members in document management.
- Liaise with clients, ensure compliance with requirements and regulations, and oversee the completion and archiving of project documentation.

On top of that, you will have:
- Experience in document management for infrastructure projects, especially railways.
- Proficiency in systems such as SharePoint, Excel, Word, and OMEGA 365.
- Education in administration, project management, or equivalent preferable
- Fluency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.
- Positive, adaptable, and effective communication skills for a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
