Senior HVAC Consultant/ Senior VVS rådgiver
We work with the industry's most skilled developers, architects, contractors, and consultants on complex and innovative projects such as Regjeringskvartalet, Skygard OSLO Airport Gardermoen, Fornebubanen, New Fuglevik Wastewater Treatment Plant in Norway, several data centers and hospitals of the future as for instance Stavanger Universitetssjukehus. I In COWI we work together in interdisciplinary teams, nationally and internationally. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Overseeing technical and project management tasks
- Designing HVAC technical specifications and systems
- Conducting thorough customer follow-up
- Preparing and managing tender submissions
- Facilitating the training and development of colleagues in the disciplines

On top of that, you will have:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree, but other relevant backgrounds are also considered positive
- Minimum 8 years of experience from either consulting, contracting, or from other relevant fields of business
- Experience with HVAC/VVS design and tender work
- Knowledge of BIM tools. Revit modeling is considered beneficial
- Experience as a discipline leader or project manager would be beneficial
- Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian/Scandinavian is necessary
